## Make complexity work.

From complex systems to useful AI. I build the tools, programs, and shared understanding that help people move forward.

Staff Engineering Program Manager at Netflix.

I’m a Staff Engineering Program Manager at Netflix, where I founded Enterprise SRE and lead AI adoption programs. My background spans streaming SRE, distributed systems debugging, and software development.

I’m interested in the human side of technical work: how people form an understanding, make decisions with incomplete information, and learn from incidents. Building tools is one way I explore those questions.

## Lines of inquiry

### Context & memory

What should an agent remember, and what should remain inspectable?

Exploring how to preserve evidence, decisions, and open questions across tools while keeping the resulting context inspectable and editable.

### Human–AI collaboration

Where should automation act, and where should people stay in control?

Building interfaces that make intent, assumptions, and automated decisions visible enough for a person to question and correct.

### Reliability & learning

How do we turn unexpected behavior into better systems?

Examining the relationship between technical reliability, human judgment, and what teams can learn from everyday work and incidents.
